All services are educational and personal development–focused.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned exclusively by Tanya Scott Coaching and the UNSTUCK BRAND™.

This includes:

The Sanity Switch Experience™ program
Rat Race to Sanity™ immersion
ARCH Blueprint™ framework
All videos, materials, and written content

You may not:

Distribute
Record
Repurpose
Teach

any content without written permission.

4. PERMITTED USE

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Share login access
Disrupt programs or events
Use content for unauthorized teaching or resale
Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

Violation may result in removal without refund.

6. PAYMENT AND ACCESS

Access is granted upon successful payment.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:

Suspension of access
Termination of participation
