Suitable for coaching, webinars, digital programs, and live experiences under the Unstuck brand

This policy applies to all programs, events, digital products, and services offered through the Unstuck brand and related programs created by Tanya Scott.

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

All purchases represent a commitment to participate in the experience, program, or service selected.

Enrollment reserves a seat or grants access to digital materials, intellectual property, and proprietary frameworks developed by Tanya Scott.

Due to the nature of these programs, refunds are limited and subject to the policies below.

Digital products include but are not limited to:

• The Internal Command Method
• The Unstuck Framework Intensive
• Workbooks and guides
• Recorded trainings
• Digital learning programs

Once access to digital content has been granted, all sales are final.

Because participants receive immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, digital purchases are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

• duplicate charges
• verified technical errors

This includes experiences such as:

• The Sanity Switch Experience™
• LandMind Bootcamps
• Live webinars or workshops

Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

If a refund request is received within this window, the participant may choose one of the following:

• Transfer their seat to a future event
• Receive event credit for another program

No refunds are issued once the event has occurred.

This includes programs such as:

• Rat Race to Sanity
• Small group immersion programs
• Coaching intensives

Participants may request cancellation within 72 hours of the program start date if they have not accessed materials or attended sessions.

If approved, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and processing costs.

After the program has begun and materials have been accessed, refunds are not available.

Participants who cannot continue may request transfer to a future cohort at the discretion of the program team.

In-person events require venue reservations and logistical commitments.

Cancellation requests received:

• More than 30 days prior to the event
  Participants may receive a refund minus a processing fee.
• Between 14 and 30 days before the event
  Participants may receive program credit for a future event.
• Less than 14 days before the event
  Refunds are not available due to venue and preparation costs.

Participants may transfer their seat to another individual with written notice.

If a participant enrolls using a payment plan:

• All scheduled payments remain due according to the agreement.
• Failure to complete payment does not cancel the financial obligation for the program.
• Access to program materials may be suspended if payments are not current.

Programs offered through the Unstuck brand are educational and developmental experiences.

Participants are responsible for:

• Applying the material
• Attending sessions
• Completing exercises

Results depend on individual effort, participation, and implementation.

The Unstuck programs are designed to support a constructive learning environment.

Participants who engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may be removed from the program without refund.

The Unstuck team reserves the right to:

• Adjust schedules
• Substitute session dates if necessary
• Update program materials

Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

Intellectual Property Protection

All program materials, teachings, frameworks, and content shared through the Unstuck brand are the intellectual property of Tanya Scott.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, record, or teach these materials without written permission.

By purchasing or enrolling in any program offered under the Unstuck brand, participants confirm that they have read and agree to this policy.
