Stop performing a version you no longer feel.

You've built the reputation. The company runs. The stage is yours. And still, something at 2 AM whispers that the life behind the résumé isn't the one you chose. Your true scale was never limited by external strategy — it's governed by internal alignment. This is where we rebuild that, from the inside out.

The Architect

Hi. I'm Tanya Scott.

Performance and Transformation Architect. Master Certified Coach, speaker, author, and founder of Tanya Scott Coaching LLC. I help high-performing leaders, executives, founders and visionaries expose hidden limits, get unstuck, and architect unshakeable lives and scalable systems.

My authority comes from both sides of the mountain. I built a career in corporate America as a National Account Executive with The Coca-Cola Company, then acquired 22 Taco Bell locations and scaled that portfolio into 60 multi-unit franchise locations across the Yum! Brands network. Thousands of shifts, real supply chains, real payroll. Not theory.

I also know what it costs to build all of that on a fractured foundation. A high-profile divorce and a harrowing jail experience took the whole structure down at once. In that room the titles dissolved, and what I call the million-dollar shake broke the old version of me open. Outer execution had never been the problem. Internal alignment was.

So that's the work now. My Three A's Framework — Awareness, Acceptance, Action — walks leaders through facing reality, aligning internally, and executing with decisive precision. It runs on one truth, the same one my book is named for: Love Is An Inside Job.

Collapse is not the end of the story. It can become the crucible. It can become the calling.

The Arc · Four phases

From survival to scale. From collapse to calling.

Every framework comes from somewhere. This one was built in the order it happened — and each phase taught the part of the work that the next one would need.

Phase one

The girl who learned resilience early

By second grade, Tanya was already navigating circumstances that asked for strength beyond her years. Then came the murder of her father — a loss that strips away any illusion that life is predictable. What formed underneath it became the spine of everything since: life can dismantle your circumstances in an instant, but it cannot dictate your trajectory unless you surrender your internal power.

Pattern recognition · Adapting fast · Stability inside chaos
Phase two

The builder who mastered outer success

Resilience became drive. A National Account Executive seat at The Coca-Cola Company, then 22 Taco Bell locations acquired and scaled into 60 multi-unit franchises across Yum! Brands. Complex operations, high-volume teams, supply chains, and the constant pressure of growth in an environment where excuses could not survive. From the outside: an empire.

22 locations → 60 · Taco Bell · KFC
Phase three

The collapse that became the crucible

At the height of it, everything crashed at once. A high-profile divorce dismantled the structures she knew. Then a harrowing jail experience — from leading multi-million-dollar enterprises to standing inside a cell. The status, the titles, the image of control all dissolved, and the million-dollar shake broke her open rather than simply breaking her down.

Not a breakdown · A breaking open
Phase four · Now

The architect living the mission

Today Tanya coaches leaders through the Three A's, trains internationally, and has spoken on stages including a Tony Robbins event in front of more than 14,000 people. Her clients have built companies, published books, entered ministry, strengthened marriages and reclaimed confidence — one went from sleeping on his couch to a technology company that went public and later sold for approximately $500 million.

Before you ask

The questions that come before the call.

No. This is executive coaching for people whose life results depend on the quality of their operating system, not on processing unresolved past events. If you're currently in crisis or need clinical support, the honest answer is that I'll refer you to a therapist first and welcome you back after.
Group programs start at $4,997. The Absolute Recalibration Lab is $18,500. Private Directorship is quoted after an application call — most clients invest between $60K and $120K per engagement. If any of this is a stretch, the three free starting points on this page cover about 20% of the ground on their own, and a Moment of Clarity with Tanya is complimentary by application.
You've built something real. It's working. And there's a quiet, unignorable part of you that suspects the version of you running it has become someone you didn't fully agree to become. If you read that sentence twice, we should talk.
Between two and four hours per week for group programs — one 90-minute room, one accountability call, and private homework designed to be done inside your existing schedule, not on top of it. If a program can't be run inside your real week, it can't work.
Every private engagement carries a first-30-day exit: full refund, no exit interview required, no residue. I'd rather run smaller cohorts of the right people than optimize retention on the wrong ones.
Yes — quietly. Two per year, typically at the executive-team level. Reach out through the contact page and mention "corporate" in the note.
