Spotlight Session

Spotlight includes one 75-minute coaching session with Tanya Scott, or another qualified coach selected by Tanya Scott Coaching.

Client agrees to pay the full price stated at the time of purchase. If a payment plan applies, the payment terms will be provided at purchase.

Except as stated in the Refunds section below or where required by law, payments are nonrefundable.

Client agrees to arrive on time and ready to participate.

Client may reschedule the session one time by providing at least 24 hours' written notice, subject to availability.

A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a missed session will be treated as a completed session and will not qualify for a refund or replacement session.

If Tanya Scott Coaching needs to reschedule the session, we will work with Client to arrange another reasonable time.

Client may request a full refund within three calendar days of purchase, provided that:

• the coaching session has not taken place; and
• Client has not accessed any included materials.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the three-day period expires.

After this period, the purchase is final unless Tanya Scott Coaching agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.

Coaching is educational and does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional advice.

Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

Tanya Scott Coaching will take reasonable care to keep information shared during coaching private, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Sessions may be recorded after notice. Recordings, worksheets, and other materials provided to Client are for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Client's name, image, voice, or personal story will not be used publicly for marketing without separate written permission.

If Client requires a reasonable accommodation to participate in coaching, Client should contact Tanya Scott Coaching as soon as possible. Tanya Scott Coaching will work in good faith to identify a reasonable accommodation.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Before filing a legal claim relating to this Agreement, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter in writing.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
